Your Task ##

• Analysis and processing of technical inquiries in First Level Support
• Maintenance and support of existing IT systems at the customer's site
• Implementation of client and network installations including configuration
• Support of end users via telephone and helpdesk
• Collaboration in infrastructure projects from planning to system handover

Your Profile ##

• Completed IT training EFZ or comparable professional experience
• Experience in IT support at First and Second Level
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows environments required
• Understanding of network infrastructures such as VPN, LAN, and WLAN
• Strong customer orientation as well as good communication skills
• German business fluent, English skills good orally and in writing
