A day in the life of a Line Performance Leader (M/F/D) Manage and coordinate problem-solving activities in the area to achieve set objectives, reporting results via operational reviews Analyze losses in the area, propose and implement improvement projects Coordinate the TPM implementation plan for the lines and participate in the skill development of production and maintenance teams on problem-solving methods Guarantee operational standards (cleaning/5S/centerlining/instructions, etc...). Be the interface with support departments within the framework of new product development projects. Your assets for success Engineering degree or equivalent experience Experience in a production field Successful experience in project management, in problem-solving/continuous improvement such as TPM.
