Team Leader Maintenance and Servicing

Your tasks:

• Establishment, organization, and further development of the maintenance department in 2-shift operation
• Disciplinary and technical leadership of the maintenance employees
• Establishment of a structured preventive maintenance
• Planning and coordination of maintenance, repairs, and on-call duties
• Active cooperation during malfunctions and technical problems on production plants
• Analysis of weaknesses and implementation of sustainable improvement measures
• Optimization of plant availability and reduction of downtime
• Establishment and maintenance of spare parts management, machine master data, and technical documentation
• Responsibility for technical infrastructure and building maintenance
• Coordination and commissioning of external companies to carry out maintenance and repair work
• Close cooperation with other departments at the site and at the group headquarters
• Central contact person for technical questions at the Gretzenbach site

Your profile:

• Completed basic technical training, ideally as a mechanic, electrician, or in a comparable technical profession
• Several years of experience in the maintenance of production plants
• Proven leadership experience, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
• Sound specialist knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, as well as measurement, control, and regulation technology
• Knowledge in PLC programming, preferably with Siemens S7/TIA Portal; Good SAP user knowledge, especially in the SAP PM module, is desirable
• Confident handling of technical documentation
• Willingness to work in 2-shift operation and for occasional on-call duties
• Willingness for 2–3 months of induction at our parent company at the Selters (DE) site
