Project Manager Building Physics 80–100%

For our client, an established company in the field of planning and engineering, we are looking for a committed and technically proficient personality as a Project Manager Building Physics. You will take on demanding projects in new construction and existing buildings and accompany them independently from planning to implementation. Your tasks • Independent processing, coordination, and management of projects in the field of building physics and acoustics • Support of demanding new constructions and existing buildings • Creation of building physics and acoustic calculations, concepts, and proofs • Technical advice for clients, planners, and other project participants • Accompanying projects during the various planning and realization phases • Conducting quality controls on construction sites to ensure professional implementation • Consideration of relevant legal requirements, standards, and regulations • Depending on experience, collaboration in label and certification processes Your profile • University degree (FH/Uni) in a relevant field or further training as a technician with corresponding professional experience • Alternatively, comparable training with sound experience in the field of building physics and/or acoustics • At least 3 years of professional experience in project management • Sound knowledge in the fields of building physics and acoustics • Confident handling of the relevant standards, regulations, and rulebooks • Pronounced analytical and technical understanding • Structured, independent, and result-oriented way of working • Experience with label platforms and certification processes is an advantage • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different project participants What awaits you • Versatile and demanding projects in new construction and existing buildings • High personal responsibility and creative freedom • Collaboration with experienced specialists from different disciplines • Modern working conditions and contemporary work tools • Attractive development and further training opportunities • Long-term professional perspectives in a professional environment Interested?
