Chef de Rang at the Victoria Bar & Terrasse (a)

To support our Victoria-Bar service team, we are looking for, starting immediately or by arrangement, a Chef de Rang Your tasks: • Responsibility for smooth service in your own service station with a focus on guest satisfaction • Knowledge of the beverage and food menu including daily offers and current promotions • Wine consultation and sales • Independent preparation of drinks that are not prepared by the bartender • Provision of the required mise-en-place • Guest-oriented complaint management Your profile: • Experience in managing your own service station including wine service • High quality and service awareness • Good knowledge of spirits and beverages • Joy and interest in luxury hospitality • Good German and English skills, other languages an advantage
