For our modern Tertianum Am Rietpark in the Zurich region, we are looking for an engaged personality as of 1 September or by arrangement as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ 50-100 % in day and night shifts Your tasks • Holistic and individual care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Taking over tasks as a primary caregiver • Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI for the assigned guests •  Steering the nursing process • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (possible via mobile with CareCoach smartphone) • Planning and accompanying doctor visits • Taking over daily responsibility • Taking over tasks as a subject matter expert for a professional topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality • Independent assumption of responsibility for the entire nursing department during the night shift Your profile • Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI knowledge is an advantage or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of diverse challenges • Good German language skills in speaking and writing   Why Tertianum?
