Harvest Helper (female) / Harvest Helper (male)

For the upcoming grape harvest at the beginning of September, we are looking for reliable workers who are willing to perform physical labor under demanding conditions. The work requires long periods of standing, frequent bending, carrying loads up to 20 kg, and repetitive movements over several hours. As our vineyards are partly located on steep slopes, additional physical resilience is necessary. The working hours are highly dependent on the weather. Short-term changes may occur, such as early starts from 6 a.m. or longer working days of up to 10 hours. Weekend work is also possible. The deployment planning is done on a daily basis and cannot be guaranteed in advance – absolute flexibility is therefore mandatory. The position is limited exclusively to the harvest period; taking over or an extension is not intended. Requirements: You possess physical resilience and endurance, and are reliable and punctual even with irregular working hours. Teamwork skills as well as the willingness to work under instruction are required. Weatherproof clothing and robust footwear are mandatory! (no sandals or light street shoes)
