Through their professional skills, they contribute via their observations to the care process and to the personalized support project of each resident. They are committed to the institutional project of the establishment, and their commitment promotes the integration, adaptation and well-being of residents in respect, benevolence and dignity. The main activities are carried out under the delegation of the nursing staff: Providing basic care, hygiene and comfort to residents in respect of the care project, the maintenance of their autonomy and their preserved abilities. Providing, delivering all the necessary help that allows residents to carry out daily life activities, to fulfill themselves through recreational, playful and/or re-learning activities. Participating through their observation, their communication and their written transmissions in the implementation and then in the evaluation of the personalized support project for each resident. • Accompanying, in a multidisciplinary team, the resident and their loved ones in end-of-life care and support, within the framework of the palliative approach and end-of-life care. Speaking with the resident and/or their loved ones with respect and dignity. Ensuring the maintenance of the residents' direct environment in compliance with hygiene rules. Ensuring the maintenance of equipment, furniture and administrative and logistical activities within the care unit. TRAINING AND knowledge: CRS health assistant certificate or equivalent. Experience in geriatrics or psychogeriatrics is desired. Mastery of usual office tools and DIR\-SADIES or ease in learning IT. Oral and written mastery of the French language.
