Position Brief Overview

550 employees, responsible for the production of high-quality infant nutrition for domestic and foreign markets, shape the dynamic, highly automated working environment of the Konolfingen factory. This places high demands on our team daily in terms of compliance with hygiene regulations and occupational safety. Would you also like to be part of our team?

To strengthen our Special Products (SP) department, we are looking for a communicative and responsible personality as a Plant Operator.

A day in the life of a Plant Operator

• Processing of milk and infant foods using modern production plants
• Carrying out raw material charging, spray drying as well as mixing, preparation and filling of powder
• Carrying out the cleaning process (CIP cleanings) as well as general cleaning work according to existing quality specifications
• Documentation of production and cleaning processes
• Activities in the line laboratory and carrying out analyses according to QMS
• Responsibility for product manufacturing in compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental regulations as well as according to NGMP and SOP's
• Ensuring careful handling of raw and packaging materials as well as energies, plants, laboratory equipment and cleaning agents
• Readiness for shift and weekend work

What makes you successful

• Successfully completed EFZ training as a milk technologist or food technologist or many years of experience as a Plant Operator in the food sector
• Good technical understanding and proactive action
• Customer-oriented behavior in all work situations
• Strong safety, environmental and hygiene awareness
• Team-oriented and independent personality who shows initiative and commitment
• Experienced use of SAP, MES and MS Office
• Very good oral and written German skills
