Accompanying and supporting your team in operational challenges
Creating a motivating work environment with individual responsibility and solution orientation
Active accompaniment of changes as well as promotion of the further development of working methods
Continuous optimization of processes and working methods
Participation in cross-departmental projects in the areas of organization, digitalization, and innovation
Promotion of cooperation with internal and external partners
Support and further development of junior staff in the area of vehicle expertise

Several years of experience in the leadership and coordination of teams in a dynamic environment
