On behalf of our clients, we are looking for a: Receptionist (M/F) Job description As part of temporary missions within 4 and 5 star hotels, we are looking for a Receptionist capable of ensuring high-end welcome and excellent customer service. Your main missions will be the management of the front office while respecting the quality standards of the establishment and ensuring the proper functioning of the back office. To welcome and take care of customers with elegance while anticipating their needs and guaranteeing a personalized experience, from their arrival until their departure. You will work hand in hand with the different services of the hotel to efficiently ensure the different needs. Profile sought You have a similar experience of a minimum of 2 years in a 4* or 5* establishment. With good presentation, flexible and smiling, you will contribute to the prestigious image of the establishment and your ability to resolve complaints with efficiency will be one of your assets. You speak French and English fluently, a third language is a plus. Knowledge of the OPERA software is indispensable.
