Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing with CAM experience

Activity + program, set up and operate 5-axis turning/milling centers (DMG Mori) + manufacture workpieces from nickel- and cobalt-based alloys + carry out independent programming directly at the machine and at the CAM workstation + check finished parts and ensure their documentation + manufacture clamping jigs, fixtures and prototypes • Requirements + completed apprenticeship as Polymechaniker EFZ or comparable training + several years of experience in mechanical processing + sound knowledge of Siemens controls CLX750 and CTX1250 Gamma + good to very good knowledge of Mastercam and preferably CAM experience + independent and precise way of working with high quality standards • Offer + exciting and varied area of responsibility in a technologically demanding industry + modern infrastructure and diverse parts portfolio + employment conditions according to GAV Swissmem including staff restaurant, free parking and free coffee
