Experienced Property Manager - Investor Side (M/F)
Our client is a major player in real estate in Switzerland, specializing in land development, promotion, project implementation, and real estate asset management. They operate on residential and commercial projects on a national scale.
As part of the creation of a new position, they have mandated us to recruit their future Experienced Property Manager.
Missions
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
Autonomous management of a mixed portfolio.
Complete management of the relocation process and associated administrative procedures.
Preparation and monitoring of the real estate budget, reporting, and forecasting.
Management of service charge statements, invoice control, rent collection, and monitoring of recovery measures.
Supervision of building maintenance (in connection with the Technical team): analysis of their condition, planning of works, and maintenance of their value within the budget.
Representation of the owner to tenants, authorities, and service providers.
Candidate Profile
Federal Diploma of Property Manager or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Property Manager in Switzerland MANDATORY. Experience as a Group Leader would be ideal.
Very good knowledge of tenancy law.
Ability to work in a team, enjoying contact with people (customer orientation and communication skills), good negotiation skills, analytical mindset, good stress management, comfort with numbers.
Excellent command of French and English, proficiency in German is an asset.
