In our modern, spacious and light-filled premises, we care for 45 children in four groups. Our rooms have been furnished with a lot of attention to detail as well as high-quality wood and natural materials and create a warm, familial atmosphere. A special passion project is our intergenerational work, where children and residents of the age center experience valuable encounters together. Quality is our top priority. Therefore, we predominantly work with trained specialists and orient ourselves according to the QualiKita standards. Due to our growth and the expansion of our children's groups, we are not just looking for a specialist - but for a person with heart, who accompanies children lovingly, takes responsibility and lives quality together with us. Your tasks Professional care, accompaniment and promotion of children from 3 months of age until kindergarten entry Planning and implementation of creative, varied activities according to the QualiKita standards Support of the group leader in daily pedagogical life as well as in organizational tasks Observation and individual promotion of the children in their development Co-shaping our pedagogical concept and contributing your own ideas Active participation in our intergenerational project with the St. Bernhard age center Appreciative cooperation with parents, children, the team as well as support of our trainees ? What you bring with you Completed training as specialist in childcare EFZ Professional experience in the toddler area is an advantage Joy and passion for working with children Independent, responsible and reliable way of working Flexibility and resilience in the varied Kita daily routine Creativity and openness to new things Teamwork skills, commitment and a positive aura Very good German skills in speaking and writing ?
