We wish to recruit a Multipurpose Receptionist - 60% Mission: ## • Welcoming and orienting visitors and interlocutors. • Routine management of the reception and incoming requests. • Processing emails and various administrative tasks. • Monitoring supplies and current office needs. • Management and replenishment of common areas. • Support for general services and the smooth daily operation of the premises. • Occasional replacement of employees in case of absence, according to the needs of the organization. Profile ## • Training or experience in hospitality, reception, welcoming or administration, with a preference for a background in hospitality. • Confirmed professional experience in a similar position. • Very good level of French and English C1 minimum. • German or any other language is an asset. • Excellent sense of welcoming, communication and service. • Organized, autonomous, discreet person comfortable with varied tasks. • Good presentation and professional attitude. • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and to occasionally provide replacements. • Driving license mandatory.
