October 2026 Your responsibility : <br /> • Recording and processing debt collection and continuation requests according to SchKG • Issuing summons to pay, notices of bankruptcy, seizure certificates and certificates of loss • Planning and coordination of field service and seizure appointments • Creation of debt collection register extracts incl. examination of requests and identity checks • Processing of status inquiries as well as withdrawal and partial payment notifications • Recording, mutation and maintenance of data in the specialist system • Support of customers at the counter as well as providing telephone information • Independent completion of office and back-office work, mail processing as well as cooperation with internal and external bodies <br /> Your background : <br /> • Completed commercial vocational training (EFZ) or an equivalent commercial qualification • Very good oral and written communication skills • Experience in customer contact, ideally in dealing with challenging customers • Precise and independent way of working as well as a high degree of reliability and sense of responsibility • Team-oriented and service-oriented personality • Networked way of thinking as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in complex situations <br /> For questions about the position A. The department provides the services of the Grundbuchamt, the Handelsregisteramt, the official parts of inheritance law, the Betreibungs- und Konkursamt, civil status as well as regarding adoptions and name changes. The Betreibungs- und Konkursamt executes the debt collection and bankruptcy proceedings and, upon request, provides information from the debt collection and loss certificate register to creditors, debtors and other entitled persons.
