How you will help shape it:
You are responsible, together with your team, for the planning and realization of control technology systems in the areas of heat, electricity, gas, and water.
You lead projects in the field of electrical engineering as well as control and process technology.
You drive decarbonization projects with measurable impact, especially in seawater utilization and district heating.
You take over resource management and ensure continuous knowledge transfer within the team.
You use your communication and negotiation strength to transform complex topics into clear, profitable solutions.
You optimize existing standards and cross-interface processes together with your team and continuously develop workflows.
You coach and support your team members in their areas of responsibility and promote their professional development.
You support internal and external stakeholders as a specialist contact person and contribute your knowledge in a targeted manner.
What you bring with you:
You have basic training in electrical engineering (electrical, automation, or building informatics) as well as advanced training at the HF/FH level and possess sound knowledge in control and regulation technology.
You bring several years of leadership experience and enjoy moving forward together with your team.
You have successfully realized control technology projects in the HVAC/R/E area or in protection and control technology and have acquired business administration know-how in the process.
You possess sound knowledge of PLC programming, industrial network technology, as well as process technology for the monitoring and control of complex systems.
Ideally, you are familiar with the Beckhoff and Siemens WinCC OA systems or are motivated to acquire this knowledge.
You are a solution-oriented and reliable personality and can skillfully mediate between different stakeholder groups.
You communicate clearly, enjoy working in a team, remain composed even under pressure, and convince with professionalism and polished manners.
