Vocational Trainer Nursing 60-100% (w/m/d)

Your main tasks
Accompanying, promoting, and empowering the trainees
Co-responsibility in the recruitment of the trainees
Committed implementation of our educational mandate and the internal training concept
Taking over primary nursing (Mo-Fr)
Planning and implementation of the nursing process, as well as performing the BESA assessments (BESA 5.0, easyDok)
Your profile
Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH or Healthcare Professional EFZ
At least 2 years of professional experience and experience as a vocational trainer
Proof of vocational trainer course, further training is an advantage
High professional competence and pronounced pedagogical thinking
Flair for digital tools and very good German skills in speaking and writing
High sense of responsibility and organizational skills
