In doing so, you design transparent, understandable, and value-adding processes and demonstrate real impact through automation. Together with specialist departments, external partners, and your team, you ensure that our business processes run reliably, efficiently, and in a future-proof manner.

• You develop and operate end-to-end automations in Adcubum Syrius with a focus on workflows and events
• You analyze functional requirements and implement them using parameterization and rule sets
• You continuously develop interfaces as well as automated document processes, also in interaction with adjacent systems
• You participate in projects for the further development and introduction of new solutions and take on your own responsibilities depending on experience
• You continuously optimize existing processes, thinking cross-systemly and actively contributing your own ideas
• You ensure stable operation through release, integration, and regression tests
• You analyze incidents, coordinate their resolution, and support our specialist departments as a technical contact person
• You help develop the technological and procedural strategy for Syrius and adjacent systems and derive concrete measures from it
• You share your knowledge within the team and help shape cross-functional standards

This distinguishes you ###

• Degree in computer science or comparable training with corresponding professional experience
• Several years of experience in application engineering or in the parameterization of business applications
• Joy in analyzing complex requirements and translating them into practical solutions
• Interest in process automation, workflows, and workflow engines (e.g., Camunda or comparable solutions) as well as a good understanding of cross-system connections
• Experience with Adcubum Syrius is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Experience in test management, incident management, or application support is an advantage
• Knowledge of agile working methods or project management methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, HERMES, or ITIL) is a plus
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills
