Here you will commit yourself

• Tell stories with impact - where they move our target groups
• Boldly further develop our social media strategy and align it in a future-oriented manner
• Strategically manage the editorial plan and play our channels in a structured manner
• Realize content with motivation and commitment - from the first idea to implementation (video, image, text)
• Revitalize the community, manage interactions and build engagement
• Monitor and report on channels in order to transform learnings directly into measurable successes
• Orchestrate campaigns - content-wise and timed in coordination with the other communication and marketing measures of the hospital association and our cross-media activities

In addition, you will actively relieve the team and the Head of Communication & Marketing in various matters, support during holiday absences and flexibly help out with administrative to-dos.

You

• combine a commercial basic training with targeted education or further training in the social media field
• bring several years of sound professional and project experience in the field of social media as well as content creation
• possess an infallible sense for aesthetic, expressive photos and moving images
• are linguistically proficient, accurate in writing and have editorial flair
• navigate skillfully with Adobe CC, MS Office and other design tools
• let your strong digital affinity flow purposefully into your work
• are proactive and enrich our specialist department with your dynamics, variety of ideas and spontaneity
