Integration before retirement - this is our motto. The goal of our around 25 integration consultants is the preservation of the workplace for people with functional impairments, the preservation of earning capacity, as well as professional reintegration into the labor market. In the area of integration, we are looking for a responsible, patient and resilient personality with high communication skills and joy in dealing with people in a wide variety of life situations, by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You support insured persons in maintaining their current workplace or in searching for an adapted activity.
• You analyze situations, plan and apply appropriate measures in a goal-oriented manner and utilize the services of the IV.
• You work actively with internal and external partners, including in interdisciplinary case discussions.
• You take on a responsible role in case management and document this in writing.
• You maintain your network with employers and steadily expand contacts to successfully integrate insured persons into the labor market.

Your competencies

• You have vocational training and several years of professional experience, preferably in the HR/CM area in the private sector.
• You bring good social insurance knowledge as well as ideally further training in the field of Supported Employment, Case Management, Coaching or HR.
• You have experience in dealing with people with health impairments and convince through empathy and consulting competence.
• You know how to design and control processes and high customer orientation is a matter of course for you.
• You like to take on administrative tasks, your proficient use of MS-Office characterizes you and you also enjoy working in the field.
