It promotes a positive view of people in situations of disability and places its skills at the service of their participation and inclusion in society. Eben-Hézer Lausanne is part of the Fondation Eben-Hézer, a private law, non-profit organization recognized as being in the public interest. In order to complete our ANTENNE SANTE, we are looking for a Dietitian (M/F) at a 20% activity rate. ### Mission You implement a balanced diet that meets the physiological needs of each resident, depending on the disability, and the physical and mental state, with a permanent concern for the pleasure of eating. ### Responsibilities * Transmit dietary and nutritional principles to groups of educators producing meals and/or providing supplements to meals distributed by the kitchen * Ensure the coordination and planning of appointments with residents and educators * Contribute to the continuous training of practitioners and to the application of good practices regarding nutritional support * Collaborate with suppliers (Home Care, agri-food and pharmaceutical companies) and the residents' environment (family, legal representative) ### Desired Profile * HES dietitian diploma or equivalent * Clinical experience of at least 2 years (oncology, diabetology, bariatric surgery and artificial nutrition) * Very good command of IT tools * Great open-mindedness, autonomy and dynamism ### Working environment We offer the possibility to participate in the development of an important institution, to take on challenges and, through continuous training, to develop your skills.
