Recycling Employee/Work Agogist (m/f/d) 80%

Your main tasks

You are a team member in the internal Recycling operation with approx. 75 participants. You take responsibility for sub-areas of the operation, and together with the participants, you plan and execute orders from our partner company. Every day, you dismantle tons of old electrical appliances and are thus part of the professional recycling procedure. You challenge and support the participants according to work-agogic principles. You are part of the internal, interdisciplinary collaboration

Your profile

You have basic knowledge of the electronics, recycling, or logistics industry or have a great interest in acquiring this. Furthermore, you have manual dexterity and are able to instruct even inexperienced participants. You organize with ease and effortlessly find access to people of various backgrounds. Work integration is your world. You lead prudently and situationally. We expect a pragmatic and flexible personality who sees teamwork as a matter of course. You handle administrative tasks with ease. A counterbalanced forklift license R1 is available.
