Our client, a Swiss industrial SME specializing in the manufacture of cables and the assembly of devices for industry, is looking for a Production & Methods Manager Technician. As a true technical expert, you will intervene daily on the ground to support teams, solve production problems, optimize manufacturing methods, and contribute sustainably to the evolution of the workshop.

Desired profile

• Technical training: automation technician, electronics technician, ES technician or equivalent training * Proven experience in an industrial environment * Experience in production organization and/or methods * Field-oriented profile, comfortable with the concrete resolution of technical problems * Ability to unite and support teams, with a good sense of organization * Proficiency with IT tools and production management software * Taste for designing concrete solutions: fixtures, tooling, and workstation improvement
