Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Conduct complex international and intercantonal criminal proceedings in German, sometimes highly publicized, in the field of cybercrime • Order the gathering of evidence, in particular coercive measures, and submit active requests for judicial assistance • Draft decisions to close proceedings, indictments, appeals, and opinions within appeal procedures • Represent the prosecution before all judicial authorities • Assume technical direction and coaching of the interdisciplinary proceedings team <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • Degree in law and in-depth knowledge of criminal law and criminal procedure; a bar admission and further qualifications such as a doctoral thesis, LL.M. or advanced CAS constitute an advantage • Several years of professional experience in a similar role at a Public Prosecutor's Office or a court • Structured and results-oriented working method, combined with excellent analytical skills • Resilient and assertive personality, endowed with diplomatic skills and a strong team spirit • Self-confident, good communication and leadership skills • Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and English; passive knowledge of a third official language constitutes an advantage <br /> In summary Facing difficult situations in close collaboration with national and international partners: actively contribute to safeguarding the cybersecurity of Switzerland.
