Accounting Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)

Job Description ### Have you already gained initial professional experience in accounting and want to take the next step? For an established company with professional structures, we are looking for a motivated specialist for accounting. The position offers the opportunity to take on responsibility, develop professionally, and actively participate in diverse financial processes. Tasks In this role, you will take responsibility in financial accounting and work in a well-coordinated team on all operational accounting processes. You will maintain general and subsidiary ledgers for defined areas, support quarterly and annual closings, and ensure the correct and timely processing of business transactions. Furthermore, you will reconcile accounts, monitor bank and payment flows, and support the assurance of a transparent liquidity overview. Accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting are also part of your area of activity - from the posting of invoices and incoming payments to the reconciliation of open items and participation in the dunning and collection process. Cooperation with internal contact persons as well as general administrative tasks within accounting round off your versatile field of activity.  Requirements You have completed a basic commercial apprenticeship and have already gained initial to several years of experience in accounting. Ideally, you have further training in finance and accounting or are currently undergoing training. You already bring experience in financial accounting as well as in the accounts receivable and accounts payable area. In addition to your previous experience, you particularly convince us with your motivation to take on responsibility and to continuously develop your expertise in accounting. You work independently, precisely, and reliably, think ahead, and value teamwork. Good MS Office skills are required; experience with Abacus is an advantage.
