For the Department of Licenses & Supervision in the Amt für Gesundheit, we are looking for a Specialist Operating Licenses, 80-90%, immediately or by arrangement. Tasks You process comprehensive and complex licensing and admission applications from various institutions in the healthcare sector, such as nursing homes, hospitals, or medical practices. In addition, you assist in the supervision of healthcare professionals and healthcare institutions by, among other things, accompanying on-site inspections. In doing so, you work closely with the Legal Department and the Cantonal Medical Service. Profile We are looking for an proactive and high-performing personality who has gained several years of current professional experience as a nursing specialist in the long-term care sector (nursing home or Spitex). Additionally, you bring experience in roster design as well as personnel planning, ideally supplemented by knowledge in handling the RAI system (Resident Assessment Instrument). You have a pronounced understanding of the healthcare system as well as its educational system and hold a degree at tertiary level (A or B). Ideally, you also bring commercial professional experience. Your strengths include a confident appearance and skill in oral and written communication.
