Missions Steer and manage public market procedures in compliance with current legislation. Prepare, write and publish calls for tenders. Ensure complete follow-up of acquisition procedures, from needs analysis to contract award. Accompany the various departments in defining their needs and in drawing up specifications. Guarantee the conformity of procedures with applicable regulations, in particular AIMP and AMP. Analyze received offers and participate in their evaluation according to defined criteria. Ensure regulatory monitoring and advise stakeholders on best practices in public markets. Participate in the continuous improvement of purchasing processes and cost optimization. Profile Higher education in purchasing, public administration, law, economics or equivalent field. Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar function. Excellent mastery of regulations and best practices in force in the Geneva territory, in particular in public markets (AIMP and AMP). Proven experience in managing call for tender procedures. Knowledge of the construction and building sector, a valued asset. Excellent analytical, writing and negotiation skills. Sense of organization, rigor and autonomy.
