Your tasks
You ensure the care and support of the residents at night according to our mission statement. In challenging situations, you will be supported by a person sleeping in the residential home on call duty.
The execution of smaller household tasks is also your responsibility.
Our requirement profile

Professional experience, preferably in elderly care and/or disability care

Communicative, open, resilient personality

Good German language skills in spoken and written form
-
Willingness to take on additional shifts in the event of absences in the NW team
