Senior Corporate Accountant / Head of Corporate Finance (m/f/d) – Temporary

For an established industrial company in the Liechtenstein / Rheintal area, we are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented personality in Senior Accounting to independently ensure ongoing daily business and further develop tax processes.

Framework Conditions

• Contract type: Temporary (approx. 6 months)
• Work location / Hybrid: Liechtenstein / Rheintal area (1 day/week home office possible after training)

Main Tasks

• Closings & Reporting: Independent preparation of monthly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER, as well as preparation of financial reporting.
• Taxation: Full processing and responsibility for taxation (including Corporate Tax, VAT returns, and withholding tax).
• Operational Accounting & Process Management: Independent management of the financial accounting (general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, bank and payment transactions, reconciliations, as well as expense and credit card processing via Yokoy).
• SAP Key-User & Digitalization: Assumption of the Key-User role in SAP, support of the accounts payable workflow (BLP) and active participation in digitalization projects (including S/4HANA).
• Process Optimization: Continuous further development and questioning of existing financial processes with a pragmatic "out-of-the-box" approach.

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Higher education in finance and accounting (e.g., Dipl. Expert in Accounting and Controlling, Federal Diploma, or business administration studies with a focus on Finance).
• Sound practical and leadership experience in Senior Accounting with profound knowledge of Swiss accounting and tax law (OR / Swiss GAAP FER).
• Strong SAP user knowledge (Key-User experience an advantage) as well as familiarity with modern software solutions (Yokoy, APL/BLP).
• Distinct hands-on mentality combined with the ability to think outside the box and to act in a structured manner even under time pressure.
• Business-fluent German skills and good English skills.
