We are looking today for a motivated, curious Apprentice Logistician CFC who is eager to learn a varied trade in a dynamic environment. Place of work: Chemin des Îles 16, 1860 Aigle Start date: immediately or to be agreed Your mission Accompanied and trained by our team, you will progressively discover the different activities related to logistics at Swissmassage: receipt of goods, storage, order preparation, shipping, deliveries and installations. Your apprenticeship will also allow you to discover other facets of the life of an SME, notably contact with our clientele and, progressively, the sale of certain products and accessories. The objective is to allow you to acquire the necessary skills for the profession of logistician, while developing your autonomy, your sense of responsibility and your versatility throughout your training. Your main activities Receipt of goods Participate in the unloading of goods. Receive and check deliveries from our suppliers. Verify the quantity and condition of the goods received. Identify and report any damage or delivery errors. Participate in the recording and arrangement of goods. Handle goods in compliance with safety rules. Storage \& warehouse management Store products in the designated locations. Participate in the organization and optimization of stock. Maintain the warehouse clean, organized and secure. Participate in inventories. Control stock levels. Progressively use different handling equipment in compliance with the required training and authorizations. Order preparation Prepare orders for our customers. Pick goods from the stock. Verify references and quantities. Pack and protect products correctly. Prepare parcels and pallets for their shipment. Label goods. Participate in the preparation of documents necessary for shipments. Shipments Prepare goods intended for carriers. Load parcels and pallets. Participate in the coordination of collections. Ensure the proper packaging of equipment to avoid damage during transport. Deliveries \& installations Depending on the progress of your training, you will be required to participate in the deliveries and installations of our equipment at our customers' sites. You will notably be able to: Participate in the loading of the vehicle. Secure equipment correctly for transport. Participate in deliveries in different regions of Switzerland. Participate in the unloading and carrying of equipment. Assist in the installation of massage tables, chairs and other equipment at our customers' sites. Adopt a professional and respectful attitude during interventions at our customers' sites. This part of the work will allow you to discover the entire logistics process, from the arrival of a product in our warehouse to its delivery and installation at the customer. Contact with clientele \& sales As your apprenticeship progresses and according to your evolution, you will also be able to develop your skills in contact with our clientele. You will progressively be required to: Welcome customers during their visit to our premises. Hand over orders to customers coming to collect them on site. Respond to simple requests concerning our products and accessories. Advise customers on certain small accessories and consumables. Participate in the sale of small products and accessories. Develop your ease in contact with a professional clientele. Contribute to offering a pleasant and professional experience to our customers. Maintenance \& organization Maintain storage spaces clean and orderly. Participate in the maintenance of logistics material. Ensure the tidiness of tools and equipment. Respect safety rules and internal procedures. Participate in the improvement of the warehouse organization.
