Your tasks

Representation of the client or principal towards executing companies
Independent and conscientious implementation of your tasks
Support in organizational, contractual, and administrative activities of construction management
Monitoring and technical management of the construction site work
Participation in the further development of the construction management area
With an experienced team by your side, you have the chance to learn from professionals and participate in versatile projects.

Your profile

Training as a Bauingenieur:in (FH), Bautechniker:in (HF), Zeichner Fachrichtung Architektur or comparable qualification
Motivation, solution orientation, and strong communication skills
Ideally initial professional experience in construction management, but committed career starters are also welcome
Good German skills in speaking and writing are an advantage
Further language skills (e.g., Italian, French, or English) are a plus
Teamwork skills, social competence, and willingness to take on responsibility
Flexibility for assignments on various construction sites
Driver's license category B
