Head of Services \| 60\-80% \| Member of the Executive Board The Bauschule is the central educational location for the management of the construction ecosystem, an inspiring meeting point that one always enjoys returning to. For the sustainable further development of the Bauschule, we are looking for a versatile, service-oriented personality with financial competence, organizational flair, and enjoyment of a broad all-rounder role, starting from November 2026 or by arrangement. In this newly created function, you will be responsible, together with your team, for the internal services and ensure that administration, finance, processes, and cooperation function professionally, efficiently, and humanely. You will actively support the other members of the Executive Board in the implementation of strategic and operational projects and ensure the efficient management of our services.
