Your Mission
You are the preferred interlocutor for our customers. You provide them with service-oriented advice
You receive orders by telephone, e-mail, or via the webshop, enter them into the ERP, and ensure smooth order processing
You know our assortment, advise with passion, and have a good flair for proposing products adapted to customer needs
You collaborate closely with the external service and our logistics
Your profile
French is your mother tongue, knowledge of German is an asset
You have experience in customer contact, enjoy communicating, and have a good sense of sales
You are comfortable with computer applications
You have knowledge in the field of gastronomy or hospitality
You work autonomously, reliably, and precisely
You are used to maintaining an overview in stressful situations, remain calm, and know how to define priorities
