Your tasks
Operating and monitoring CNC cylindrical grinding machines
Setting up and preparing according to the production order
Independent measurement and quality controls
Optimizing machining processes
Your profile
Completed technical training (e.g., production mechanic) or comparable qualification
Experience in mechanical manufacturing (advantageous in grinding)
Technical understanding and manual dexterity
Interest in CNC technology
Exact and reliable way of working
Teamwork skills, reliability, and initiative
German language skills at least B1
Willingness for shift work
