Your future areas of responsibility

• Responsible for all building plans, site and plot plans of ETA SA Switzerland-wide
• Drawing and updating safety-relevant plans (fire protection, fire brigade, escape route plans, etc.)
• Technical support for project managers in the planning and realization of construction projects
• Ensuring efficient space management of ETA SA Switzerland-wide as well as creating the monthly reporting for the controlling department for internal billing

Your skills and competencies

• Completed apprenticeship as Zeichner/in EFZ specialty architecture, possibly with additional training in the field of BIM
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of CAD, architecture and building construction
• Good knowledge of ArchiCAD software
• Experience in the application of BIM methods for efficient planning and execution
• Interested in new topics arising from digitalization
• Motivated, conflict-capable and strong-communicating personality
• Exact, precise and structured way of working
• High sense of responsibility and duty

Languages

Fluent German skills (written and oral) as well as French skills.
