Berne, Suisse (et travail à domicile) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Conducting extradition proceedings • Drafting observations and appeals intended for the Tribunal pénal fédéral and the Tribunal fédéral • Processing requests originating from Switzerland and abroad regarding person searches, delegation of criminal prosecution, execution of criminal decisions, and the transfer of convicted persons • Advising Swiss and foreign judicial, criminal prosecution, execution, and police authorities • Drafting documents predominantly in German <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Master in law completed with a bar admission, an LL.M., or a doctorate • Experience in criminal prosecution acquired with a court or in a law firm • Autonomy, ease in oral and written communication • Facility in decision-making • Very good active knowledge of two official languages, passive knowledge of a third and of English • Swiss nationality <br /> In a few words Contribute to the security of Switzerland by working in the field of international criminal prosecution. The Extraditions unit is the preferred interlocutor in Switzerland for all questions related to extradition (including requests for person searches, arrests, the execution of criminal decisions and the use of legal remedies), the delegation of criminal prosecution, the execution of criminal decisions, and the transfer of convicted persons.
