Das Mütterzentrum Bern-West (called MüZe) is an intercultural meeting point and a contact point for mothers and their preschool-aged children. It offers a diverse range of activities, support, and information. Family-friendly part-time positions complement the offering and provide an important opportunity for mothers to pursue their career goals and successfully shape the transition into the working world. For our lively institution with around 20 part-time employees and volunteers, one pre-apprentice, and one apprentice in shortened training (FaBeK), we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Vocational Trainer, Specialist in Care, Specialization Child 10% ## As an experienced vocational trainer, you are enthusiastic about accompanying apprentices with a migration background and competently support them with diverse personal and professional challenges. You are exclusively responsible for our apprentices; you design the practical implementation of learning assignments, evaluate, assess, and document them. In close cooperation with the education officer, you also write the educational reports. We offer you a versatile and demanding task in a dynamic and cheerful working environment as well as an interesting work portfolio. Contemporary employment conditions and company holidays during the Bernese school holidays complement the offering. The position is a pilot and is limited until the end of 2027. The job interviews will take place on August 20 in the afternoon. Trial half-days are scheduled for August 25 and 28 (morning).
