Responsibilities

• You perform wellness, relaxation, relaxation and aesthetic treatments, in accordance with the needs of the clientele
• You welcome, advise and guide clients throughout their experience at the Spa
• You establish a personalized treatment program and recommend suitable products
• You ensure the cleanliness, order and harmony of your workstation
• You contribute actively to the sale of Guerlain treatments and products
• You ensure the offering of an exceptional customer experience in a Palace environment

Profile sought

• You have proven experience in a Spa or a luxury hotel
• You master different massage techniques and/or aesthetic treatments
• You apply hygiene and quality standards with rigor
• You are organized, refined and have a sense of personalized welcome
• You speak English (minimum level required); any other language is an asset
• You demonstrate professionalism, dynamism and team spirit
