Team Lead Commercial Specialist Support / Practice Company 80 – 100 % Introduction SANTIS Training AG offers practical programs for vocational integration at five locations in German-speaking Switzerland on behalf of the Disability Insurance (IV) and the Unemployment Insurance (ALV). Our goal is to sustainably support people in their (re-)entry into the first labor market. For the Zurich location, we are looking for a Team Lead for commercial specialist support and as the operations manager of our practice company ALLUDO as of 1. August 2026 or by arrangement. In this function, you will lead a team of 3 employees and are responsible, on the one hand, for ensuring the operation of the practice company and, on the other hand, for the professional guidance and support of commercial apprentices (KV-Lernende) and participants in work integration, as well as students (SuS) of commercial middle schools. In doing so, you will support the participants and apprentices in a professional capacity with their vocational (re-)integration into the first labor market and accompany them during the integration process. Your tasks: Leadership, organization, and further development of the team according to specifications, strategies and goals, as well as being a member of the management team for the Zurich location Further development and implementation of commercial processes as well as support and deputy duties in the various departments of the practice company Professional support, training, and assistance of participants and commercial apprentices with a focus on integration into the 1. labor market Regular reporting to the case management regarding the level of training and performance Creation of educational reports and updating information in the systems, internal tools, and training platforms Your profile: Commercial basic training with several years of practical professional experience in different areas of a trading company (purchasing and sales, marketing, accounting, human resources, and administration) Good understanding of business management contexts Advantageous: SVEB-1, vocational trainer (Berufsbildner/In) or experience in the agogic field Several years of leadership experience in a trading company (leading experts) Very good PC skills (MS Office) as well as stylistically confident German in speaking and writing Independent and responsible way of working with the ability to improvise Joy and an appreciative manner in working with people with a mental impairment What can you look forward to?
