For our client, an established company in the field of transport and logistics in the Basel region, we are looking for a reliable and organizationally strong personality in dispatching, to start immediately or by arrangement. Tasks: In this versatile role, you will receive telephone and written orders from customers as well as internal departments and ensure their smooth processing. You will plan and coordinate the daily assignments of around 40 employees and approximately 20 vehicles, while always maintaining an overview. As a central contact person, you will provide competent support to private customers, property managements, and construction managers, as well as to the internal teams. Additionally, you will take over vacation and absence planning within the team, thereby contributing significantly to a smooth operational process. Requirements: You bring experience in dispatching or a comparable coordinative activity and are used to maintaining an overview even in hectic situations. Your communication strength enables you to deal confidently with different contact persons. You work in a structured manner, act in a solution-oriented way, and demonstrate a high degree of responsibility. Good German skills in speaking and writing as well as confident handling of common IT tools round off your profile.
