These are your tasks
Overall responsibility for the technical operation within the FM mandate
Leadership and coordination of the technical specialist departments, in particular:
HLS, electrical, SIBE / security, external specialist companies
Technical and operational leadership as well as coordination of employees and partners
Ensuring trouble-free, safe, and efficient operation of the technical systems
Planning, steering, and monitoring of maintenance, repairs, and technical interventions
Monitoring of the technical systems and ensuring high system availability
Coordination and steering of external specialist companies and service partners
Planning and support of technical projects, conversions, and optimization measures
Ensuring compliance with legal, official, safety-relevant, and customer-specific requirements
Analysis of malfunctions and technical problems as well as initiation of suitable measures
Responsibility for the technical documentation and its up-to-dateness
Preparation of regular technical reports, KPI evaluations, and management reports
Analysis of key figures and derivation of concrete improvement measures
Preparation and execution of customer meetings and technical reviews
Proactive communication with the customer regarding operation, malfunctions, measures, risks, and optimization potentials
Advising the customer on technical issues and further development of the technical operating concept
Ensuring transparent communication between customer, FM provider, employees, and external partners
Continuous optimization of quality, costs, energy efficiency, and system availability

Your profile
Completed technical training in the field of HLS, electrical, building technology, or comparable
Further training at the level of Technician HF, Engineer FH, or comparable qualification is an advantage
Further training as a safety officer (SiBe) is an advantage
Several years of experience in a comparable technical leadership position in Facility Management, building technology, or technical operation
Experience in the leadership and coordination of various technical specialist departments
Sound knowledge in several areas of building technology, particularly HLS and electrical
Experience in the cooperation and steering of external specialist companies and technical service providers
Experience in the leadership or coordination of technical teams
Good knowledge in the area of maintenance, repair, and technical system operation
Experience with KPI management, reporting, and technical documentation
Very good communication skills and professional appearance towards demanding customers
Ability to communicate complex technical matters understandably and appropriately for the target group
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong customer and service orientation
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
High level of responsibility, assertiveness, and organizational strength
Very good English skills, German and French are an advantage
Affinity for CMMS systems
