Architect as Head of Structural Engineering Projects

The Position

• You lead demanding renovation and new construction projects and accompany them from planning to successful implementation
• You keep costs, deadlines, and quality in view and actively help manage the economic aspects of your projects
• In exchange with clients, planners, authorities, and executing companies, you represent your projects competently
• You pass on your experience to internal project managers and support them with technical and organizational questions
• In addition to project work, you contribute to overarching topics and take on additional leadership responsibility within the organization

Your Profile

• You have completed training as an architect and gained several years of experience in the execution of structural engineering projects
• You are experienced in construction management and project control and know cost and tendering topics from practice
• Ideally, you know the working method of a general or total contractor from your own experience
• You assess the economic connections of a construction project confidently and include them in your decisions
• In dealing with different project stakeholders, you appear confidently and find viable solutions even with demanding issues
