To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented, and skillful person as a workshop manager | bicycle mechanic CFC at Thömus AG. Your tasks - You make things move: • You lead the workshop and are responsible for your small team. • You enjoy sharing your knowledge and training apprentices. • You perform service, repair, and maintenance work on customers' bicycles. • You work autonomously and in a customer-oriented manner. • As a service provider, you skillfully respond to customer wishes and maintain an overview even in a hurry. • You routinely record, coordinate, and process orders via our digital tools. • You share our requirement to provide every customer with the perfect bicycle - technically impeccable and individually adapted. • You have a certain flair for sales and enjoy contact with customers. Your profile - what you bring: • You have completed training as a bicycle mechanic CFC or an equivalent qualification. • You have completed the professional trainer course or are willing to do so. • You share our interest in bicycles and enjoy riding them yourself. • You have a great interest in technology and are happy to commit to the development of Thömus bicycles. • You work autonomously, carefully, and flexibly - even in times of activity, you maintain an overview and roll up your sleeves. • Teamwork, reliability, and a common goal are a matter of course for you - you are motivated to progress yourself and to advance the team.
