Active on the market for 20 years, the firm intervenes in multidisciplinary approaches, from design to project implementation. They intervene from the preliminary study stage to site management on large-scale projects. They have mandated us to recruit their future Experienced Environmental Project Manager (M/F). Missions Polluted sites and soils : • Investigations according to OLED, OSites and OSol: monitoring of surveys, sampling of soil and groundwater, preliminary investigations, detailed investigations, cleanup project, pedological study • Monitoring of remediation work: Concepts of management/valorization of earthy/excavation/deconstruction materials, general estimated budget, call for tenders, monitoring of work Environmental monitoring of implementation (SER) • Study and environmental impact statement • Control of environmental compliance of construction sites through regular visits (water, air, noise and air) Sustainable construction • Management of ecological building certification • Choice of ecological construction materials/products • Carbon balance Through the quality of your work and your investment, you participate in the development of new activities and the acquisition of mandates through the establishment of technical and commercial offers.
