Bern, 80 - 100 % *Shape the future of controlling at Insel Gruppe! In this exciting role, you will take on a central expert position in the further development of our controlling instruments. You translate business requirements into stable SAP CO solutions, thereby laying the technical foundation for modern, future-oriented controlling at Insel Gruppe.* What awaits you ## • You are responsible for the functional conception, implementation, and documentation of all processes, particularly for the planning and KLR logic in SAP CO • You ensure a stable, performant, and consistent data flow between SAP CO and the downstream reporting systems • You technically map the planning at the level of Profit Center, Cost Center, statistical key figures, and internal orders and continuously develop them further • You configure and optimize internal cost allocation (ILV) as well as template allocation in SAP • You continuously harmonize and optimize the technical planning and KLR structures, taking into account the requirements of hospital operations (REKOLE®) • You guarantee the highest data quality, consistency, and audit-proof traceability of all planning and KLR data • You assume significant responsibility in participating in the technical implementation of the SAP S/4HANA introduction and actively help shape the further development of our controlling instruments What you bring with you ## • Completed university degree (Uni / FH) in business administration or business informatics • Several years of practical experience in the technical handling of SAP CO as well as very good to excellent knowledge of the module • Practical expertise in setting up internal cost allocation (ILV) and template allocation • In-depth understanding of controlling processes and their technical mapping in SAP systems • Further training in the SAP environment (especially SAP CO) or in data integration is a plus • Advantageous: Knowledge of the REKOLE® methodology and the Swiss hospital cost and performance accounting environment (KLR) • Strong analytical and conceptual way of thinking, high problem-solving competence, and a structured way of working • Ability to communicate and document complex technical issues in an understandable manner • Strong team, service, and consulting orientation • Independence, initiative, and sense of responsibility, as well as enjoyment in the further development of technical solutions Our offer ## • You work proactively and across teams • You shape the technical foundations for planning at Insel Gruppe • A challenging role in an innovative environment awaits you • You work in a dedicated team with open, appreciative interaction • We offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports your professional and private development Job information ## Location Insel Gruppe Organization Direktion Management Services Percentage 80 - 100 % Entry immediately or by arrangement Reference number 19208 Contract type unlimited Workplace Inselspital, Freiburgstrasse CH-3010 Bern, Switzerland
