These are your tasks:

• Responsible for timely production, scheduling, and capacity planning in coordination with sales and production
• Scheduling manufacturing orders in the ERP until the provision of production documents for production
• Coordination with purchasing or production in the event of material or resource bottlenecks, as well as initiation of immediate measures in case of schedule or capacity deviations
• Preparation and provision of key figures for the daily shop floor meeting
• Co-responsibility for the optimization of inventory levels
• Active participation in continuous process improvement

This characterizes you:

• You have completed a commercial or technical training; further training in the field of Supply Chain Management is desirable. Furthermore, you have several years of professional experience, ideally in a comparable environment
• You recognize opportunities for innovation and optimization and can demonstrate them transparently
• You describe yourself as a team player, a "doer" type, and can think in networks
• Reliability, punctuality, and an exact way of working are part of your personal character traits
• You live a constructive feedback culture, maintain open communication, and are proactive
• You have business-fluent German skills (spoken and written); French and English skills are an advantage
• MS-Office skills are required
