The Bains de Saillon thermal leisure complex, in the heart of the Valais vineyards, brings together several activities: a thermal area consisting of baths, a mayens wellness village with saunas and Turkish bath, a thermal river, a Spa Cinq Mondes area, a fitness center, and a hotel area with a capacity of 145 rooms as well as themed restaurants.

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in a similar position
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Mastery of French as a mother tongue or fluently spoken
• Organization, flexibility, dynamism, rigor and sense of priorities
• Ability to remain calm and perform in demanding situations
• Availability to work in the evenings and on weekends

Your tasks:

• Prepare and make dishes according to the establishment's quality standards
• Ensure the setup and smooth running of service
• Work at the different kitchen stations
• Ensure compliance with recipes, quantities and presentation of dishes
• Guarantee compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
• Participate in the tidying, cleaning and maintenance of your workstation
• Collaborate closely with other members of the brigade
• Demonstrate flexibility depending on needs and activity
