Specialist Facility Management Technical Service

La Résidence – self-determined living and housing for senior citizens La Résidence is a family business and is managed as a recognized non-profit institution. Tailored entirely to individual needs, La Résidence offers diverse forms of living and life for currently 155 senior citizens. To complete our team, we are looking for a committed, motivated and experienced personality for the specialist position Specialist Facility Management Technical Service 80 - 100%, as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement Your tasks  Reviewing and ensuring the technical and infrastructural maintenance of our properties and facilities  Carrying out maintenance, repair and upkeep work  Care and maintenance of outdoor areas and animal enclosures  Support with moves, transports and events  Collaboration with external craftsmen and service providers  Responsible for practical training of the apprentice Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ  Assistance with safety and fire protection measures  Performing driving services  Special cleaning of parquet etc.  Waste management  On-call service for all technical malfunctions Your profile  Training in the electrical or HVAC field, or as Fachmann / Fachfrau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ  Professional experience in technical building maintenance, preferably in the healthcare sector  Manual dexterity and technical understanding  Independent, reliable and structured way of working  Friendly, respectful and discreet interaction with elderly people  Good physical condition  Ability to work in a team, flexibility and sense of responsibility  Good German language skills, spoken and written  Driver's license category B  Good IT skills (MS-Office) Your future / Our offer  Attractive opportunities for further training and development Such as further training to Hauswart with eidg.
