Healthcare Specialist (FaGe) 50-80% (re-entrants also welcome) Your Impact: - You provide care and support according to the situation and need in the area of basic and treatment care - You maintain and evaluate the electronic client documentation (Perigon) - You work interdisciplinary with specialist centers and doctors and advise clients and their relatives - You ensure the quality, hygiene, and occupational safety of our operational guidelines within your area of responsibility What you bring: - Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist (FaGe) EFZ - Professional experience, ideally in the outpatient sector, is an advantage - IT user knowledge, Perigon experience is an advantage - Valid driving license Cat.
